Questions about a course track? Start here.

Tell us what you want to work on — cybersecurity, DevOps and cloud, or AI and MLOps — and we will point you to the track that fits your schedule, your background, and the role you are aiming for. Every question about course fit, start dates, and enrollment is answered by a person, not a bot.

Send a course enrollment question

Use the form for anything you would rather write down: which track fits your background, how the weekly schedule works around a full-time job, what the labs expect from you, or how enrollment is handled once you decide. Write as much or as little as you like — the more context you give, the more specific our reply can be.

We usually reply within one business day. Messages sent on weekends or U.S. holidays are answered on the next working day.

Your name, email, and message are used only to answer your question. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

Prefer to talk it through? Call +1-415-555-0192, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

What to include in your first message

A few details up front save a round of back-and-forth and get you a sharper answer.

01

Your current background — student, career switcher, or already working in IT — and any tools you have used.

02

The role or skill you are working toward, so we can match the track to a realistic next step.

03

How much time you can give each week — evenings, weekends, or a few focused hours on weekdays.

04

When you would like to start, and whether you are comparing a specific track already.

Three ways to reach us, and when to use each

The fastest route depends on the question. All three reach the same enrollment team, so nothing gets lost between channels.

Where our enrollment desk sits

Rob-in-Hood Digital runs from an office in San Francisco's South of Market district, a short walk from the Embarcadero and Powell Street transit stops. The team here answers course and enrollment questions for learners across the United States, so most conversations happen by phone or email rather than in person.

Questions we hear before someone enrolls

If your question is not here, send it through the form above. We would rather answer it plainly now than have you guess.

How do I know which track fits my background?
Tell us what you already work with and what you want to be doing next. If you are new to IT, the cybersecurity and DevOps and cloud tracks start from foundations. If you already write code or manage systems, the AI and MLOps track assumes some of that groundwork. When two tracks could work, we will say so and explain the trade-off rather than pushing one.
Can I work through a track while holding a full-time job?
Most learners do. The tracks are built as weekly modules with hands-on labs, and the pace is yours to set. When you write to us, include roughly how many hours a week you can commit and we will tell you honestly whether a track will fit that window or whether a slower schedule makes more sense.
What happens after I send the form?
A member of the enrollment team reads it and replies by email, usually within one business day. If your question is easier to answer by phone, we will suggest a time to call. Nothing is charged and no account is created at this stage — it is a conversation about fit before any commitment.
Do you offer guidance to learners outside the United States?
Our pathways and scheduling are written for U.S. learners entering in-demand tech roles, and that is who we advise. If you are elsewhere and want to know whether a track still suits your situation, ask — we will tell you what does and does not translate.

Still deciding? Compare the tracks first.

Read how each track is structured, what the weekly labs look like, and which roles learners typically aim for. If you would rather hear it explained for your situation, the form above is the fastest way to ask.
